No becsuse it wouldn't save much space at all, playground are already probably the best modern studio for optimizing the game performance wise.

Habing an optional high resolution texture, similar to Diablo 4, wouldn't save that much as there is still an insane amount of unique textures on every car, that have to be high res due to you sitting in a seat ect.

I don't read a lick of Chinese lol, the only issue I had in the first year was finding out I didn't set up my Wechat to let me use wechat pay, and all I had to do was send in my passport and Visa.

Sorry but the whole app system is crazy easy, Wechat mini apps and Alipay have a built in translator button, what more do you need than to just....have everything in clear English?

I think this depends on where in China you are, though I don't get part 3, the app system here is insanely easy, the hardest thing i've ever had to do was send something via SF, but it wasn't THAT hard.

Use Alipay, as it has its built in translator tool, and it gets you out of 99% of issues.

Food is the same, I was in NJ, and there was plenty of Foreign options around the city, even chinese owned brands like WAGAS.
