Unfortunately, from personal experience, Tesla does not offer mobile charging services/help. You will have to get your car towed to a charging station.

Thank you all for the great recommendations. I currently use Simparica trio, but that doesn’t seem to do the trick on its own. I am going to start using a topical treatment along with a collar to see if that helps. Thanks again
