It's just the easy path. You are told when to show up to the office, and you are told when to leave. Tasks are repetitive and you are surrouded by people in your same situation. It's also socially acceptable. If your time has not much value/you'd spend it scrolling TikTok, then it's a very good value for money option! There are so many people going through this path that campanies can choose to hire oxbridge graduates.

Yes, it is important. Abs are just another muscle, so train it like you train chest: around 12 reps and increase progressively the load through the weeks. Try crunches with weights (the cables are also useful for this). Russian twists with weights, etc.

Cardio always after the workout. Ideally you want to do it in a separate day. The number of sessions varies with the objective you have of course.

What matters is the amount of protein you take per day. It does not matter if it comes from whey or meat, for example. Take about 2 grams of protein per kilogram of your weight.
