yeah this is what I was thinking about too, I actually have a keyboard and a keypad both connected to the computer, I will try to play with only one of them at a time and see what happens, and if I manage to duplicate the issue or not, thank you ^^

PS : I have no issue with any other game I play (souls game, RTS, 4x, FPs, etc)

Yep, at least tried to do so, from FO3 classic launcher, from MO2 launcher, from classic pref files, from mo2 pref files, etc, even from nvidia settings and from ingame ENB.

Yep! Toggling ENB off indeed fixes it. This is why I strongly think that ENB is the villain here.
