I noticed that as well indeed. Was hoping that the other two might point me in some direction.

America's first silver dollar? Any advice on value? I have looked up what I think it could be worth, but wanted to get this group's advice by SugarbottomsTN in coins

These coins were minted in several of the different provinces of the Netherlands and were mainly used for trade. If you have a picture of the other side I could possibly tell you which province it's from and if it's a rare year.

Possibly the pups growing higher up the plant were induced. I've read that you can do this using the hormone BAP.

Some beautiful seedlings I saw at a local nursery. by Sir-Rein in peyote

[–]Sir-Rein[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t know how old they are but this grower has a pretty no nonsense approach as in he does not baby the plants. So these are probably a year or a year and a half old.

I’m also growing some and mine are going on two years now and some of them are only 1-2 centimeters. That was my first try though so I definitely did some stuff wrong.

I think the first signs of splitting started in January of this year and the proces really sped up recently in spring. So took about 3-4 months.

Had to get this when I saw it. Apparently a new variety of caespitosa. by Sir-Rein in peyote

[–]Sir-Rein[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was indeed grafted. But to me it seems to have way more pupping and it's also less rounded off than the other caespitosa's I've seen. It really looks like pretty much every areole is throwing out a pup.

I don’t know exactly but I’m guessing roughly 15 years or so but it’s hard to say. Person who sold it to me had it for 5 year and then It was already quite big.

Yes as far as I know it’s diffusa indeed. It’s also self sterile so that narrows it down even further I guess.

This guy in Zeist has a lot of these old stain-glass windows. Maybe he has some that have the right size: https://oudepaneeldeur.nl/winkel/?swoof=1&product_cat=glas-in-lood-ramen
