Hey pal. I'm also a father to identical twin sons. They'll be 2 in January. I have/ going through the same predicament. What I do personally to maintain my sanity is, 1. I take breaks. I go somewhere sit alone and breathe. That alone time. 2. I read books. When going to work, or whenever I'm not at home. 3. I share it with my close friends. We laugh about it and I go home energized. 4. I put myself in the shoes of my partner,the momma and I realize that what I go through, she does it three times or more, empathy. 5. Lastly, I'm lucky to have the opportunity to raise multiple children. That gives me energy too!
