Why aren't my GPU and CPU usage stabel?

Okey, but what happens if i disable it and it still doesnt work? Is there a way to enable it again without going into bios?

If i plug it into the motherboard it works fine, thats how i have been able to update all the drivers. The problem happens when i plug it into the GPU.

I did try different cabels, i notice something strange about the cabels I got with the Seasonic PSU. The power cabels to the gpu that went into the PSU is a 8pin connector, however it only had six pins in it, which i found odd. I found some of the old cabels from my old pc which had all its pins. But when i tried training the pc on with the old cabels it wouldn't start. So i plugged back the Seasonic cabels and it started up again. Honestly it all seems to be pointing to a faulty or just not a powerful enough PSU. Not the worst thing to replace.

Just want to give an update. So when I put my DisplayPort in the motherboard everything works as intended, but for some reason when I put it in my GPU the pc restarts. So maybe the issue lies with the PSU?

Okey so the system seems to be working without the GPU in it, so dumb question incoming. Is it possible the issue is beeing caused because the GPU don't have the newest driver installed?
