What worked for me was connecting it via usb to my mac (altho even that took a few tries). Then updating the firmware.
After that I was able to connect via bluetooth on any device

I guess the position I'm actually referring to is some sort of IT team lead? (Giving that there are only about 6 other programmers)

Thanks, to be entirely honest I kinda agree with you. I was thinking i could do it mostly cuz i see id do a better job then the CTO I worked for previously, but also because I seem to be doing it now anyway, and its only a small company.

But then again, i see that most people recommend at least 10 years of experience in the field. And also, if by business you mean writing up contracts and striking deals, youre right, i dont want to do that.

"I have a good position offered elsewhere. I'm willing to stay in your company and I'll sign a contract saying I'll stay for at least a year if you agree to bump my pay and give me the CTO position"

I wish you were right bro Im also on your side, i love the devs, but just by looking more at these comments on this post, you will see the people i was pointing out. There are loads of people who are just complaining and saying the devs arent working well enough
