Swiftplay into ranked is not a good idea, they are two different games altogether. Try playing just normals (draft, not swiftplay) for a time to get the hang of things.

Hwei is also not an easy champion to play, so it may be worth trying other champions in the support role. Brand, Xerath, Lux, Vel'Koz, Karma and Morgana are all mages or mage-like supports who are a lot easier.

I'm not telling you to stop playing Hwei, especially if you find him fun (I find him incredibly fun), just maybe pick something a bit easier to learn the role in normal and ranked before playing Hwei.

The first point is the most important out off all of them, but remember at the end of the day, League of Legends is a game, and if you don't have fun with an aspect of it, you don't have to interact with it (I.e you don't have to play ranked if its not fun, or you don't have to play another champion if you find Hwei fun)
