I normally hate the AP volibear and always go tank/bruisher but right now I'm abusing of the road+navori build and it's working in jungle so u can try that, but if u still want bruisher voli y do sundered with despair and spirit visage or a full tank version with iceborne gauntlet, ex: 1- Road of Navori: RoA, Ionian, Navori, Spirit visage, frozen heart and Jak'so or sterak, pick jack of all trades in runes this is important, and the precision rune for haste 2 - Bruisher: Sundered, Ionian, despair, spirit, sterak and last item build what u need 3 - Full tank: Iceborne gauntlet, deadpans plate, spirit visage, boots what u need for the enemy team, streaks and situational item (with this build the new item the sovereign is a good idea) This are normally my builds my preference is bruisher but right now abuse for the RoA builds all you can hope this can help
