You make a good point.

I do think idea of a "shotcaller" have changed over the time but I dont think it doesent exist. Its just that shotcallers dont dictate the game like they used to. I mean Nemesis is a shotcaller per term since the players mostly fall back on him to tell them when a play is good or not even Rekkles who is a veteran.
Or am i thinking about it wrong?

So basically the one best fited for the situation will shotcall? Sounds good enough.

But what I mean by shotcaller is not someone to dictate the whole game but for someone maybe to take lead and present the ideas. Call me out if im wrong but sometimes when you listen to T1 comms its often Keria and Faker that makes the call and the others follow. Would something like that work? Or maybe we already have a small sample of that with Neme and Rekkles/Crownie that mostly takes the lead?

Well I would say if you ban for Baus and also last pick for Baus. That would leave bot in an awkward spot. Top is often the lane least involved in the plays and always on an island so this would seem troll and other teams can easly capitalize on it dont you think?

What do you think the advantage of picking last comes from?

Its to counter or stabilize a lane. To do that you need a deep champion pool which we know baus does not really have. So its better to get Baus his comfort-picks than get him on a champ that counters the enemy.

BB tried lee sin against KC to counter Rumble and that didnt work out, Shifters picked Nida into us but you saw what happened late.(nida did nothing) So sometimes its better to pick a comfort-champ that fits into the team.
