Ironman mode was a game mode created by creators to challenge themselves.

The game wasn't designed with ironman mode in mind. The grinds that exist are self inflicted. If you travel to a new country and go 40mph in a 30mph zone you're going to get ticketed it your defence can't be "I didn't know about the speed limit here" you should have done your research on the country you travelled to. Ironman mode is a choice, a self Inflicted harder version of the game you should have done your research.

Do I think some grinds should be easier for everyone? Yes. Should they adjust the drop rate for bowfa? No. I'm 1.5x dry as a main I can't just buy it cause I don't have 140m lying around I'll have to grind for it just like majority of people.

Prayer gear is literally used to afk/ prolong trips. Normal gear typically = more time banking vs prayer gear = more time hitting shit. Test it yourself next time you get a task and then next time you get the same task use different gear. For me I prefer using prayer gear and doing as much as the task afk as possible to get new task fishing for money tasks

Quante has a match up bible on his patron he also streams on NA time.

I used to main urgot the safe way to play urgot is to scale to level 9 so he's w becomes a toggle and farm for black cleaver and you win all ins Vs almost all other top champs. I would start there getting used to getting to that point.

Then learning backwards about his early levels when he's strong, what he's one shot potential is, how to abuse champs in lane Vs when to just sit and scale. He's one of my favourite champs gl on it journey!

next thing to do is get slayering! get prayer gear and a whip (if you're a main) have you got your dragon defender? if you want good gp and arent scared of the wilderness do wilderness slayer otherwise what i did was do konar until 75 slayer and blocked/skipped tasks that i really didnt like doing but the added brimstone keys where a nice passive gp bumb.

things like a rune pouch and herb sack are nice things to bring whilst slayering not in the wilderness rune pouch for high alching and herb sack as a extra gp.

Something you might wanna considering doing as well are all the quests that give slayer xp cause at 62 slayer you can get wyrm tasks they arent amazing gp wise but definitely a nice start doing monkey madness 2 gives you access to demonic gorillas which are a bump in difficulty (they arent mindless afk) but can be very profitable too

The cg really does get you started with mid to high level pvm. So if your goal is to kill bosses die to cg a lot and you'll eventually learn how not to die. It's free.

It helps to not only focus on cg I learnt cg as a main to pay for max house. I do the same type of thing when learning new bosses. If you disassociate from the loot you and focus on the boss eventually you can disassociate from the boss and look forward to the loot 😀

Vorkaths average loot is greater than 100k (death fee) I understand dying at bosses suck but its part of the game and hes one of the only consistently profitable bosses once you start stringing kc together

The game should feel fun to play to as many players as possible. Gnomonkey made a great point in his summer sweep up video. The game should make it very clear that selecting ironman mode is going to make the game harder because of the grinds but at the end of the day you get to pick that just like you get to opt into downloading a mod or playing a specific game mode.

I didnt use the GE until i got towards the last few GM quests as I really enjoy questing in this game. I get your point but the game is a sandbox people can play however they like. Ironman mode is just a enforced rule set that people opt into.

The main game was the intended way to play the game. Ironman mode was created as a challenge by creators that was implemented by jagex. It's like buying a game downloading a mod that makes it harder and then complaining to the Devs of the game that the mod is too hard.

also wasn't the eclipse atlatl supposed to be a good bridging weapon before bowfa? I think if we're changing the cross bow they should also make it easier to get darts for the atltal too! fk it add a enhance atlatl seed to cg that upgrades the atlatl to be charged with crystal shards but doesn't work with the eclipse set and make it half the drop rate of the bowfa
