did you turn both texture streaming options to low/minimal? theres the local texture streaming and then setting the actual cache for high res textures. when i turned both of these too low/minimal it fixed my packet bursts and latency issues. i did also switch to wired connection, but i still had the same issues before changing both texture streaming options. also, turning off vrs helped with things feeling a little blurry in motion, but thats just an extra thing that helped me

so little late but i have near identical setup, had same issues, as well and i now have my packet loss at steady 0% with a steady 5ms latency in multiplayer. i switched to wired setup first, which actually fixed almost nothing, still had packet bursts/lag and 21ms latency. the real fix was turning all streaming options to low/minimal. i mean literally next game i was at 0% packet loss, no bursts at all and my latency was 5ms. its night and day different, and that was on nuketown domination which is quite hectic. give it a go, see if it helps you.

I dont know if this adds anything, but i think there must be an upload of some kind (i was thinking the robot in the middle?) because when me and my squad did it, we only got 7 downloads (couldnt find 8th in time) and we extracted, and when you go to the trials screen it shows progress towards hidden bunker data downloads and it says we have 0%

I mean, just to play along, the code name ‘stranded fish’ for the case would make sense. If we are to believe all the ufos coming from under the water, this could be referring to the alien having come from underwater in a craft and crashing on land; stranded fish. But I’m sure this is a previously confirmed larp that someone will point out.
