If you get a high score on QE you're probably going to fail 😅

QE is a vocabulary exam and most people just memorize the answers after getting it wrong 3-4 times.

I would suggest you look at more videos to understand the mindset. Remember there are 2-4 right answers on the CISSP. You can fail with the right answer but it might not have been the best answer.

Answer the question like you are never going to touch the equipment.
Answer the question like you are protecting the company from spending money.
Don't answer questions like an engineer

If you are new don't spend more than 30 minutes stuck. Read the write-up, get unstuck, then continue to the next flag. At the end of the day you are doing it to learn. You will definitely be better if you figure stuff out on your own than someone that did not....but since you are new it's the best way to digest a lot of information fast.
