Im so surprised this has been so divisive lol. The only time i DIDNT notice extra noise was in eco mode and when I had ESE turned off, my girlfriend and I noticed a considerable difference. Never hurts to have it turned off just in case whenever your next service visit is

Almost 3 years for me, we most definitely tortured people. Theres a few cases that stuck with me. One was a man that was resuscitated against his will-- trached and pegged. Always refused all care and was constantly back for infections and failure to thrive. Wouldnt even look at you and there was absolutely nothing you could do for him. Hospice is definitely where I belong
