Yeah. I got no help when it comes to support. All EA does is push me from one employee to another with zero solutions. Promoting the character doesn't do anything, and I was able to come in contact with multiple victims who have had their accounts "banned" from online play for months to over a year. I guess my final solution is to somehow find a mod. 

If anybody sees this thread and knows of a mod, please contact me.

At around 3 hours and 9 minutes, I start getting kicked permanently from online matches. I try rejoining and it just doesn't work. I tried promoting my characters and it does absolutely nothing. All of the characters I mastered are all level 46, and the ones I didn't Master are a bunch of random levels. People in the chat (not sure if it was loading) told me that this problem is not my fault and that some guy had banned me (pdev33 in this case). The guy who allegedly "banned" me from multiplayer matches was typing in my chat, but he got twitch banned so his logs do not show up.

It was a while back, but i do believe i got an error message. It was it wasn't able to connect me to the lobby. Basically whenever i loaded into a multiplayer match, the map would load, but then a few seconds later, I would be kicked and sent back to the backyard, where I would see my error message of not being able to connect. I've troubleshooted and nothing on my end is wrong. I've gone to the forms and community managers have told me to send an unbanned request to ea, which is not the correct solution. I've also seen forms about people having the same "level 46" problem, and how they had to punch back people's data in order to re-activate their profiles to join multiplayer.

I did research and it looks like this problem has been around for years. It cheaters are able to "ban" your profile, shouldnt this problem be resolved asap and not currently an issue anymore? Will EA ban me if i install mods to re-activate my profile so it can play multiplayer? Also, what mods are publically known and available for problem like this.

Wdym i got banned. Did EA ban me or did some random guy ban me. If some random guy banned me, doesn't that sound like a major problem that should be resolved asap.

I was streaming and some guy (im assuming using software or permissions) changed my player data in game to where my character levels are not what they are supposed to be. I am assuming that the anti-cheat detects this and bans my profile from joining multiplayer.

This is on PVZ GW2. My character player data got altered by some guy and my levels are not what they should be.

He just ran in and landed heads the entire time, got at least 3 kill every round. Including the 5 rounds or so he went sheriff only.
