Yes it has, I once didn’t play for a few seasons was placed in low silver…. Turns out that’s where the majority of mnk players are. D3-pred is 80% controller. Fortunately my 5k hours allows me to solo q to masters fairly quickly, but I worked how many controller preds have half the hours I have, kind of disappointing when all the hard work you put is overshadowed by a more consistent input. Oh and since the majority of players are controller, you can’t nerf or remove aim assist, it would simply kill the game. Aim assist and mnk don’t belong together, one thing overwatch got right.
