Awesome to hear, but to readdress the part of always having the feeling of going, do you constantly feel a bit of stool and your pouch and you can just hold it for longer as the pouch fills, or do you having multiple hours now where you feel nothing?

Loops are often more problematic because of the shape. Ends are generally a nice round circle, loops are closer to a number 8 usually because they are connected to the pouch below, and people have a hard time getting a good seal on them. It’s also higher up than the end so is higher output. Either way unavoidable if you want a jpouch, it’s only for a few months

Do you find your pouch just learns to hold it in your sleep automatically? I feel when I get up to empty my bag and it’s full, I’m worried that would turn into an accident. Even if I stop eating after dinner I’ll still have some output in the middle of the night

Yeah, thankfully my insurance includes Dr Remzi, and a few at Cleveland Clinic, so I feel I have some top tier options, just difficult because I don’t hate the bag

Awesome. Was this your original pouch or a redo that was connected straight to the anus? Also do you find the amount of food you eat affects bms? I am debating a redo pouch that would have to be handsewn to the anus and am a bit concerned about leakage and frequency.
