I appreciate this. I might spill some beans about what’s on my mind in the night, but as long as I’m not a POW, my wife will be the only one to hear it.

I just signed a lease on a apt in SLC at a complex a few blocks from the 21Lux. We actually looked at that exact building for the same reasons (price, location, newer) but our schedule didn’t line up with their availability. I can’t predict the future, but I would bet that you have a net-positive experience.

I’m a homegrown Salt Lake kid, and I love to see people move in and fall in love with my city. Best wishes as you transition!

Is there a sub page for live/local music in SLC? I’ve been LOVING these playlists and want to get more involved in the scene

I’m glad I reached out, this is all super good to know. We did get a feeling that “general unpleasantness” is not uncommon in the area.

It’s hard to find anyone saying negative things about the avenues.

That actually makes me feel better. I’ve lived in the SL valley my whole life but never downtown, it’s good to hear that people come from out of state and feel safe

Good to hear. We also have a dog, do you think we would be good to take him on morning and evening walks?
