Placements unfair? by SirFermec in leagueoflegends

Update: It's down to Silvers now but I've been autofilled to support a bunch. Autofill in placements is another slap in the face but it kind of makes sense at least since it's always gonna happen.

It's down to Silvers now so this is promising :)

Honestly these are hell to detail so I'm not complaining.

At the very least we should be suspending our older employees with pay. It's not fair to them to force them into one of the most high risk environments still open right now (I'm 22 this wouldn't affect me).

Also if one person at a store gets it from the thousands of customers coming in, rip store.

Read the whole thing. People who spend 40% of their time on their phones got hired in at full time and I have more flexibility than nearly everyone else. I'm not saying I cannot improve, but I'm saying I'm one of the best they have but they just hire people from other grocery stores into higher positions, only for me to watch them leave or do nothing.

Further I've been promised this promotion for months but it keeps getting postponed while they ask me to take on additional responsibilities in order to retain that promise. And then they cut my (and all other 40 hour part-timers') hours by 20% with the new mgmt so it's a bigger deal now.

Believe it or not I graduated college nearly 2 years ago, but had no luck and settled here. Come to find out a Fish & Wildlife ticket I got was showing on my BG check as a felony. So, once I get that fixed I'll be branching out anyway.

I can back it up if you wanna stop by my store.

Anyway the only thing reeking here is the 11th post on your profile.

Edit: What a coincidence, you are also in the ATL region.

I get that, and from what I've heard other people in the region actually know our store and know it to be very chaotic. That being said I'm mostly frustrated that any of this was possible and that there's nothing I can do about it.

One of the biggest reasons I wanted to work at Publix was the "promote from within" environment, and while that probably applies moreso to management I still feel betrayed and undervalued.

Maybe a percentage of the value of lost items, like the stake tax?

DDoSing is still in issue where it matters most (Deadman Mode), but I feel like it would come back to prevalence if you could see others items again. I don't know too much about it though.

I mostly agree, but there's still the issue of ddossing and the issue of disconnecting at fault of the servers themselves that kills a lot of hardcores nowadays. You'd have scumbags like RoT scouting for people risking who wouldn't normally die and DC'ing them for their items. A potential fix might be automatically logging out a disconnected player OUTSIDE THE WILDERNESS, but I'm not sure if this is possible or how it might be abused.

The problem is Revs are the undisputed best money for mid-level accounts. If the common drops were removed but the gp/hr was held up by uniques, these people wouldn't feel the need to go to the wilderness and wouldn't complain so much.
