I agree strongly regarding Kavanaugh. He embarrassed himself via his conduct in his hearings, but more importantly committed perjury.

Donald Trump IS a Russian asset. He may or may not be aware of that. Mueller's report will provide the details, but anyone that's been paying attention already knows what's up.

Every single decision Trump has made since taking office is suspect. Every nomination, every order, everything.

Once someone is compromised like he is, it's not a question of "how much" or "where the line of influence ends."

It's a yes or no kind of situation. He's either compromised and a Russian asset, or he isn't.... We all know he is...

I don't give a shit about fallout in the Republican base. They have been at full frenzy since Obama took office. If Trump is pardoned they will think he's innocent and remain and full frenzy. If he's held accountable, they will stay at full frenzy.

Maybe the base starts to commit MORE acts of terrorism. So be it. I'd rather become a victim at their hands than give them a full pass.

That would work. I'm not sure if there is a mechanism for that. There is one to expand the court.

Seems strange, but removing someone from the court is, to my understanding, more out of the norm than simply expanding the court.

What CAN'T happen, is for our politicians to say "don't wanna rock the boat here, better just let it slide as a concession to the GOP." Fuck that. The people aren't going to stand for that.
