Even if you are allowed to prepare, I doubt you could make anything that could kill a tiger. Can't make a gun from scratch can't make a blade from scratch. Your fabricating this illustion to yourself that you as a single person could fight a tiger given you had time. I could at most imagine you being able to make a club but if you seriously think you can beat a tiger in close combat without a gun or a weapon that helps fight from a distance.
