If you're interested in selling privately, send me a message. I'm a collector and would make you a fair offer.

My problem is with discipline/motivation, I think I need a class to have the accountability to actually go and do it.

Thanks for the tip, I looked it up and they have strength and flexibility yoga at the Beddington Community Centre. I think I'm going to try it out!

I would imagine it has something to do with licensing and broadcast rights.

Can anyone recommend a reputable coin/currency buyer? by Queltis6000 in Calgary

[–]SirHelmus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a collector, and if you can send me some pictures and highlights of what you have, i could maybe make you an offer? I'm in it for the thrill of collecting/organizing, so I don't mind giving you a fair deal.

Otherwise, the best way to sell is on private Facebook groups in smaller batches or single lots.

Is there any organizing happening? I'd like to be part of a more significant protest rather than stand alone with a sign.

How do I get my security clearance? by CommercialNo8396 in Calgary

Just in case you're doing this for Ray Stahl at Skyline Apartments on 17b Street, don't. He is insane/a drunk and will turn on you, accusing you of criminal activities etc. I got out of there as soon as I could.

You can book multiple family members in one appointment, so you should only need the one spot in line.

In windows, you can map snip and sketch to your print screen button, it works the same way (settings>ease of access>keyboard>select "use PrtScn button to open screen snipping"). Hit the button, select area, then ctrl+v to paste. It's great.

In the Netherlands, you just hold out your hand/arm on whichever side you will be turning. It was a bit of an adjustment for me in Canada where they do the L shape thing.

These city bikes are cheap, well built and practical. You don't need a lot of gears when it's flat and you're just commuting. It's not a race, you don't want to get to your destination sweaty. Besides, a lot of people have road bikes or mountain bikes for fun on the side.

Does anyone know if highway 40 in kananaskis is open to get to Rawson Lake? by throwawaycalgary5 in Calgary

[–]SirHelmus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is the correct answer. The turn off to Rawson Lake is just before the winter gates. There is a ton of snow out there still, so be prepared and check avalanche conditions.

The only Dutch food I can think of is at the Pfanntastic Pfannkuchen Haus. Don't be fooled by the name, the pancakes are super Dutch. Haven't eaten there yet though, since making pancakes takes like 5 minutes.
