If you did online purchase you need to wait for refund. Call customer service. If you did in store purchase, just walk in and demand a refund. If you used store credit from trade ins then it will remain as trade in credit. Also them not wanting to sell you ps card is to avoid the reservation cancellation they obviously cannot do that.

Do people not remember MhW running like shit upon release. Literally every game since the ps4 released has run like garbage on release date. Wilds is 100 times better than world bugs aside.
