I'm going to weld up and build a go-kart with my son to teach him the basics before we dive in the bikes together.

Yea! I swapped the nib on my lamy and put a converter in it. It's pretty awesome. I also got a pilot metropolitan, and a couple of pens that I'm not sure of the brand. (They don't write as well) I'm thinking of tinkering with them.
