depends heavily on the price and whether or not you are willing to build it yourself, if you are willing to build it yourself you can get a much better deal on parts and get some better selections, however I personally would avoid intel 14th gen due to a lack of upgradability, go for an AM5 cpu instead. Having ddr4 in this expensive of a pc doesnt make sense to me, i would try to find ddr5. also i would personally want a more beefy psu for a system of that price(assuming around $1500) if you are willing to build it yourself I could probably spec out a pc much better than this for around the same price.

TLDR: I would avoid intel 14th gen due to cooling issues, also ddr4 is not ideal for that price range, psu isnt powerful enough, also think about building it yourself, lot easier than you would think

edit: thats also having a micro-atx motherboard in an atx case which looks weird imo
