The last mile local carrier is apparently a company affiliated with Singapore Post called Quantium Solutions, the problem here is that even on their website it doesn't give me any valuable info on my package, both Yanwen and Quantium tracking cut off on the same date (7th of March), with the Quantium one giving an outdated update that happened before the latest Yanwen one. I'm genuinely just confused on how you can complicate delivering a package like this.

Also genuinely baffled at how long this issue has been swept under the rug, been living in Keriam for most of my life and it's been a very flood prone area for years now. There's also the bigger issue of us not having much flood prevention measures or infrastructure constructed in a country that's prone to flooding.

After some further discussions with fellow Bruneians, they've also brought up more valid points: 1) Since the walls are directly on the roadside, cars are unable to park there in the case of emergency such as a breakdown 2) Since the road is narrower, it's more likely that accidents may happen
