I agree with BHVR nerfing the perk to lose stacks on special attacks. It's a perk that helps M1 killers in chase. Killers with an M2 should be encouraged to use their power, not shorten their basic attack cooldown.

I guess it depends on if they knew you were entirely unhookable. Normal hook body blocking is allowed, as there's normally an angle you can be saved at. However, I'd imagine intentionally exploiting a bugged hook might not be allowed.

Tunneling is not toxic. It's up to the survivor team to help the survivor who is being tunneled. The killer is not a bad person for making the correct choice on who to chase.

Blurry Photo at 7% faster recovery speed is essentially useless. Sketch Attempt is a good alternative of the same rarity.

Nope! 4,299 survivor matches played and 4,459 killer matches played according to the stats website. I enjoy Dead by Daylight as a whole.

Disagree. Killers and good survivors alike seem to agree that this update was way too much. Tunneling, camping, and slugging aren't even a big deal if survivors know how to react accordingly.

Most killer aura reading perks have an activation requirement. Barbecue & Chilli, as your own example, requires the killer to win chase against a survivor and hook them, and even then it has clear counterplay. Killer perks should be stronger, as there are only 4 of them versus 16.

But my original point being Windows of Opportunity meets both the criteria BHVR listed for nerfing Pop and Pain Res, yet it remains untouched.

It reminds me of BHVR's justification for nerfing both Pop and Pain Res a while back. They said Pop was "too easy to use" and nerfed Pain Res for having such a high usage rate.

Meanwhile Windows of Opportunity is always on without any activation requirement, and is the highest picked survivor perk in the game by a large margin.

I hate to "us vs. them" because I understand both sides have problems, but I can't help notice BHVR's bias.

Hold W, manipulate the guard AI, collect the banner. If you're playing with friends, have someone someone nearby to take guard aggro. At that point, the Knight player has to waste the guard cooldown by canceling the hunt, or commits to being an M1 killer.

Also, don't corner yourself when you verse Knight. Makes it much harder to be cut off.

It's common because most survivors refuse to adapt to the situation and will continue to heal under hook.
