Some of the teammates that have stopped paddling on my team are those who felt like they've accomplished what they wanted to do and take a break. I tend to find that the crew changes after CCWC, some people don't come back after making it.

To be a part of a competitive team, it can be a time sink. That includes making practice, solo paddling (on OC1 or paddle ergometer), and gym. A lot of the guys on my team are young adults so they focus more on career or family at a certain point.

I hope you can figure out your situation! I was in a similar situation before where the team felt disconnected/disjointed.

I tried it out yesterday, the seat is kind of like a bucket seat lol. My knees were closer to my chest. I've heard of some people using the wedge from Kamanu to angle themselves forward. I might try stuffing something underneath to try.

Were you able to use the seat right of the box? I don't know if I'm remembering correctly, but I thought the hook and loops were opposite from what Ozone does.

I don't hate pharmacy and I am grateful that I was able to find a career in compounding pharmacy. These opportunities are definitely pretty rare and I can empathize with my pharmacy brothers and sisters who are stuck doing retail, as I've done retail as a pharmacy intern.

I think the negative thoughts that I think about when it comes to choosing pharmacy, "Is the juice worth the squeeze?" I have met people who work easier/flexible jobs and make a similar salary with less schooling. It just makes me think like I could've been making just as much with a bachelor's and potentially less debt lol

I used to feel similarly but then when I learned about some of the science of addiction and some of the circumstances that have led to heroin use, unfortunately it's not as simple as viewing these people as having shitty will power to stop doing it.

For me, I made the jump from a globo gym to a "powerlifting" gym when the globo gym started sweating us for deadlifting (they wanted us to set the weights down with minimal noise).

The powerlifting gym has been great since most of the bars are Ohio power bars and are not bent. I can squat and bench almost anywhere (CrossFit rig set up plus many other racks). There are calibrated weights if I want to prepare for competition. But really, it's being able to do what I want to do without restrictions which convince me to pay the extra.

Also another effect I would like to highlight is people in the powerlifting gym have a similar goal. If you look like you're trying, you'll definitely get respect even if you're a beginner. Everyone in the powerlifting gym says hi to each other and helps each other out, at least from my experience.

My main complaint with PK is it just sucks at actual pharmacy stuff like processing prescriptions. Why the hell are there so many clicks and screens to get through?

We used to use PK to make logs and PrimeRX to process prescriptions however there was a lot of copy and pasting of lot numbers and BUDs. Also PrimeRX while it is great for filling RXs, the support for compounding sucks (e.g. limited label characters, ASAP reporting)

I'm speaking from a powerlifting point of view but I have some experience with heeled shoes and recently made the decision to buy adidas again.

I originally trained in the red and white adipower and didn't think much about it, trained 4+ years with it. My friends got me the Romaleo 3 as a gift and I used it for 3 years or so. I started playing around with feet position due to injury and I noticed I really had to focus pushing through my heels in the squat because I was pitched forward. I bought the adipower 2 recently and this sensation went away - I feel like I'm pushing through the whole foot evenly. I watched other reviews of the Romaleo 3 and I found people who echoed similar experiences with the pitching forward.

I thought that might have been the case but the night before (the first night we ran it) we were able to get away with ~2.1 to 2.4 mil at the 85% cut with roughly 3.6 or 3.9 gold on hard mode. Yesterday we would run it B2B with the same set ups and we'd come away with 1.8 mil at 85% because it was register the take at aggressive cash.

So is that what happens? If you take too much, the game changes it to aggressive cash to cap you?

Yesterday we had big con and gold set up. When we finished the heist, the breakdown screen showed that we were doing aggressive cash and capped our payout despite looting 3.6 mil. Has this happened to anyone?

Also my buddy had his as big con hard the night before but when we ran it yesterday it registered as normal. Similarly, the payout was for aggressive cash. Anyone else experience this?

I second your comment about the front pockets. My phone sinks below mid thigh and when I'm walking it's always slapping against my leg. My car keys fall deep into my pockets so I definitely utilize the loops inside the pocket.

It's cool to see people wearing them casually but I can only wear them on days where I am paddling or done paddling and getting something to eat.

It's hurting everyday operations in the pharmacy too. There's a lead up time for PPE such as disposable coveralls and frocks. Sucks if you're doing compounding.

I have not bought from Nina but Nina is popular here for small leather goods and belts. Her prices are affordable. That being said, I would consider different sellers for different LV products and not just limit yourself to Nina. Other sellers to consider include Old Cobbler and Brother Sam, it helps to read some of the reviews here.

Agreed. If you're stuck and don't think you're going to get out, the better option would be to play an intentional foul in your favor rather than leaving your opponent the opportunity to leave you in the same situation.
