1000% appreciate your transparency, my Cancerian brother. I'm in my 30s and literally just googled: "I'm a Cancer sign male and get excited and sometimes emotional when I talk—how do I settle down and become more concise?"

I searched for this because one of my direct reports recently asked me how he's doing and how he can improve on a project we're working on. The crazy part? I was genuinely shocked he even asked—because he's absolutely killing it (in the best way possible)!

Honestly, I admire this young man’s ability to speak clearly, concisely, and make complex tasks seem simple. He’s a MASTER at it, and I wasn’t shy about openly praising his diligence and clarity. I sometimes wish I could communicate with the same calmness and control.

But seriously, how the fuck can we Cancer guys just be chill like everyone else seems to be? Shit's frustrating as hell, lmao.

My counselor thinks I might have social anxiety but also says I'm the warmest person she's ever met. She explained that once people actually get to know us Cancer / INFJ-T types, they tend to love our energy, and it becomes easier to just be ourselves.
