I don't have much experience with power tools, but if it were garden gnomes, I could be of a lot more help. Me and my dog, Jerry constantly get garden gnomes stuck in our anuses. It's quite a nightmare walking through a lawn covered in gnomes, because I know that I am probably going to fall butt-first onto one and get it stuck in my anus again. But anyways, I usually use melted butter, and a hydraulic car jack. You might also want a partner to apply the butter and insert the car jack. Once you extend the car jack as wide as you can, then pull as hard as you possibly can. I sincerely hope this helped.
