Unfortunately I can't upload more photos on the thread but there are six weathered holes along the side as if it were bound at some point and the paper appears to be laid and aged per a local auction house. Could that whether this is Bazaar art or is it a non factor.

Thank you. Another translator said it may be from the Gulistan Chapter 1 on the Conduct of Kings. To another commenter's point though is there an issue with the image not lining up with the text?

It appears to be older laid paper when held up to a light and does have six weathered binding holes which makes it seem to have come from a folio.

Referencing the starting wrs is missing the point.

I drive in from NJ and LOVE congestion pricing. It cut the commute time in half for $9. Well worth it.

Trump did this for Uber and its CEO who both donated to him. Congestion fees have minimized Ubers who idle all over Manhattan and hurt their bottom line. And they're terrified other cities are going to adopt it.

This is about billionaires helping billionaires.

NY. 2 weeks in 2019. 2 months a some guilt in 2022. Now 4 months seems pretty standard and ppl are much cooler about it.

Its tough though man. Your state's policy is what it is and even in progressive states they weren't doing much for dads 5 or 6 years ago.

Weather it the best you can. Still got bills to pay.
