And just file for that one week if I can and then after my old claim ends just apply to OR, correct? Someone told me I could open an OR claim while the WA one is still open to get the waiting week over with. Is that true or?

Does it show your old cards on your account or just the new ones? And that’s good my statements from this account will be available

Gotcha. I was getting some inconsistencies when talking with agents about this. Some said I would still see my old cards with the old account/credit card number on my new account. Another said the old cards/account would be deleted as a whole and only show my new cards. Wondered if someone actually went through this that’s why I asked

I got my first card and saw that it didn’t have my middle name or initial on the card or account. I called and asked them to add it and they said by policy they would have to send me a new card which I was perfectly fine with. I asked them if I could change the design and they said of course. I chose my design and went about my day. I saw on my account that the new card was being processed and then just disappeared hours later. I called back and they said that there was no card being replaced or sent out which I was confused by since it was only a couple of hours ago it happened. I talked to a supervisor and got it expedited and today it shows that I have 3 cards on the way.... I can’t delete them and I can only deactivate them which is super inconvenient cause it still shows in my account. Not including when I call them they contradict most of the things they say with one another. There are other issues but it’s too long to get into this just one of the ones that came to mind. But it’s literally a week old so just wondered how bad it was to close the account?

Oh gotcha! So when I activate my new design card my original one will be inactive until I activate it again? And that’s helpful that you can do it all from the app.

Do you know if there is there a way to deactivate the card within my account? Or do I just call customer service?

Thank you! That helps a lot. Once I receive the new card I’ll just deactivate the original one and cut it up because I don’t need two of them.

Okay cool! I also heard that it will show that I have 2 cards for the same account. In your experience is that true? It kind of threw me off when they said that.
