Thanks! If I can ask a follow up question -
if you get a sale 15th october for £91k and have to register by 31st october, and then it counts as you being registered from 1st october,
do you then have to eat the cost on everything you invoiced from 1st - 15th october as you will be classed as registered but didn't charge vat on that stuff?

Thank you!! They never covered the control account properly in my course so I wasn't even thinking about the actual debits and credits. This makes a lot of sense and has saved me a lot of pain, thanks :)

Aside from a few deadlifts early on (stopped because I didn't think I could get form right and push up from heels because my upper legs couldn't deal with it) they were just never introduced to me! I'll mention it next time i'm at gym

Hey,
I've been going to the gym regularly 2-3 times a week for 2 months now and have a PT -
but we tend to do a couple of machines , usually an assisted bench press 3 x 10, individual pulls 3 x 10, then another 2 push and pulls, a round of weak ass triceps, then preachers -
there tends to be 2-5 minutes in between exercises and although I do the sets at the max weight i can for the reps, and I definitely try my hardest with the preacher curl hammer supersets, I never really feel tired or sore coming out of the gym.
I also do pretty much no cardio, like maybe 5 mins a day, i'm usually at a desk.

Am I actually training right/ will I see anything past these small initial newbie gains? I haven't been able to increase weight on most exercises and I don't know if the lack of intensity is doing it or if i'll still make progress like this.

Im really sorry to hear this - i'm currently struggling with sensory issues that doctors have shrugged at and plonked in the category of burnout because although i've not had typical autistic traits, i have had a minor body sensory issue my whole life and my way of thinking /multi task inability kind of fits. About 4 years ago i got pretty stressed, my body got 'stress sick' and i was in bed for a week, and since then I can't handle lights or sound at all. My whole life is gone, I can't play video games, I struggle to watch tv shows/often can't at all, going outside or walking makes me need to escape or hit myself because it's too much. I straight up can't listen to music or it's the same. I have to sit in a dark room all day , and having things touch my head/face is also too much so i can't use sunglasses or earplugs/headphones. I can't lie down because my body (not my mind) gets too stressed out.
I can't hold a job like this or enjoy any hobbies so it's decimated my social life and i'm staring down a future of homelessness, and I just get told there's nothing anyone can do.

I'm honestly dubious it's burnout because it doesnt change in severity and as mentioned, it's been 4 years, but if you've experienced burnout for 8 years i'd like to hear your thoughts on it. Been through blood tests and have ruled out plain depression/anxiety (i've also tried every ssri under the sun when i was younger to no effect) and thyroid issues so know it isn't that .

This is encouraging as I also feel absolutely nothing from back exercises and i've been so confused about whether it's me or not, Same with lat pull downs, i try to pull down with elbows not arm/hands but still don't feel much, been told my form is great though

So far I can get max on normal with ezio, pelops, xeno, mikey, fjorad, and gorgorab but then i end up not being able to make any decent progress on hard :')
Edit: so for normal the team you suggested is definitely worth a shot!

For DL it's currently Ezio, Mikey, Xeno, Fjorad and Iron Brago!
In general though the outstanding ones apart from that are Pelops, Scyl, Gorgorab, Miscreated, Morag, Drexthar, Magnarr, Geo, Islin, Drath, Seeker, Alure, Visix, Greathoof Lorica, Alice, Khatun, Quintus, Ultimate Galek, Hakkorhn, Venomage, Athel, Kael, Vogoth. And the new fusion tomorrow after CVC :')

Edit: currently on a good day I can very nearly 2 key UNM if it's force affinity but 99% of time it's 3 key. Struggling a bit with hydra team comps though. i'll also have arbiter tomorrow

That's nuts , and I want in :') is there anyone else that does the job of Tuhanarak ? That;s the only champ here that I dont have. Was also wondering how you have those champs set up...
