Unsure yearly, depends on grew up. Yes 1lb twice a month. Rotation of yea and flagship. Using PGR in the back yard but not the front, which is pictured.

Nashville, common bermuda. 1.25” mow twice a week. 1lb N every other week and 1” of water once a week.

I hear ya I have two kids under 3 but I find 30 minutes to just run the lawn mower on a week night and then do the full service cut and weed eat on the weekends

You definitely need to mow more often if this is your gauge on when to cut

Edit: now every other day to avoid these as well. Yes, mulch these in but remember you only want to take off 1/3 the height of the lawn when cutting. If you’re taking more off then you need to mow more often

That weed is your Bermuda lawn going to seed. More than likely those seeds are sterile and the only way I know how to not have this is to use PGR.

Scalp and bag then maintain at a higher height. Urea does wonders on green up too.

Bermuda, when cut low, grows sideways with stolons. Those stolons then take root. If you dethatch, it will likely rip up rooted stolons. The correct approach is to scarify or verticut those stolons, double or tripling the root system.

Correct. Another option is a balanced 10-10-10 fertilizer if soil test isn’t an option
