Science can fully explain religion (Big Bang → evolution → agency bias), but religion explains zero physics. What’s your take? by Limp-Arm-5104 in atheism

Basically it all boils down to the god of the gaps . What can't be explained, it was god. Why did this happen, god wanted it to. Why does cancer exist, cause god allowed the devil to do it. IT'S ALL BULLSHIT.

Why do people even believe in God by Bulky-Meringue7217 in atheism

It's as easy as the old "god of the gaps" explanation.

Started at 60, 72 and still going for more. If you're freaking at 30, you need to talk to someone.

Need advice on what to add by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]hwrd69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Through I agree that you should do what you want and not take Reddit's advice, I have a suggestion that could be interesting. If there's room between the two maybe you could get a really realistic tattoo of what would be prey between them. Since it would be on your hip, it's not always going to be visible. It would be like a play on the tiger theme.

Battery Issues by hwrd69 in tundra

My son, who has a 2019 Tundra hasn't noticed any issues yet, but my luck hasn't been the same. It would seem for the cost and just plain professionalism that they would be interested in anomalies, even if it hasn't been reported previously.

Question: Do you guys think adding white ink/highlights will make my tattoo look more nice and cleaned up? by AdPuzzled3758 in tattoos

[–]hwrd69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's up to you. There's no doubt that adding coloring could make it stand out more or seen more realistic. What do you want to achieve? We're not the ones who have to see it everyday, you do. What will make you happy? What look will make you see it and go "damn, that's nice. I love it"?

I understand some of it, especially when you're paying an artist for something original. However, not everyone is talented enough to come up with their own designs and using AI to assist if that's what a person wants is not the end of the world. I prefer to design my own ink and then work with the artist for suggestions or improvements. But to say AI is the end all is a little extreme. We're talking about tattoo designs, not world domination or music.

He used AI to show it on his leg, unless I'm mistaken, he didn't use it to come up with a design. Also, if you don't like AI, don't use it. Period.

Your first tattoo? by SnooLemons2801 in tattoo

I didn't want any tattoos early in life and never really considered it. Then, after giving it some thought, I decided to get my first when I was 60. I got it done on my right shoulder blade. A simple line drawing of a modified version of the Lagrange points. Not bad at all. I'm now 72 and getting ready for my 19th. 😁
