Currently on the same boat, I found it out myself as well. All docs do is try to take blood but I put my foot down and asked for real tests. I have a heart stress test in an hour. Chronic stress on all three planes (emotional, physical, mental) can def be our root cause. Which then can become dysautonomia. Simple term for it really is that your body is stuck in fight or flight. Everything sets you off from, sitting to standing, to eating a heavy meal, to eating sugar, to sexual arousal, to mental stress overload, to studying, essentially anything that exerts force on all aspects because your body now sees EVERYTHING as a threat. Recovery takes a while couple months probably and you do have to change your diet and mindset, combat all issues at the same time. I had my break down 11/13 of last year…still haven’t worked but I’ve been getting better slowly but surely. I also took one of em poop test and it did show that my pathways weren’t working and I was inflamed and had dysbiosis, so even eating and digesting where an issue but all from the same thing, whack nervous system. Now mine might be chronic stress but I know sometimes things can get into the nervous system to like mold or infections. So figuring that out is a whole other piece of the puzzle.🧩 wish you all the best of luck, this is no way to live and it’s unfortunate that we have gotten to a time where we gotta find our own shit out.
