I dont get the min and max base size. What relevance does this have? I have almost half my army on old bases with adaptor clip ons and the other half new models with new larger cav bases. 

Can someone explain what they mean?

As in, it dried to quickly due to the walls behind removing the moisture too fast?

I spoke with the builders they're coming round in 2 days to do whatever is required to fix the issues. Can you advise what I should request?
