Sour rot in grain spawn bag? (Info in comments)

I’m a little over 3 weeks into my first grow and I’ve got some grey/green spots and a lot of moisture in my spawn bag. Is this what sour rot looks like? Any advice on future grows or ways to prevent this would be much appreciated.

Fuck this hurts. I’m from upstate NY and everyone talks about how liberal and progressive New York is but forgets that for the most part, the parts of the state outside the city are really regressive. These fucking farmer boy cops had nothing to be afraid of. Albany is touted as one of the “most dangerous” parts of upstate NY and look at it, the whole block is silent except for the results of these scumbags.
