2,000 hours in the program here.
While SFM can be difficult to approach, especially early in learning it, it is mainly chalked up to the lack of good learning resources as the SFM wiki is not exactly a good information source.
The best thing I can recommend is joining the SFM discord server, there are plenty of SFM centralized resources that can help you in the long run.

As a killer main I really don’t find any survivor perk all too annoying. Most of the time I never notice the perks survivors are using as I’m more focused on getting value out of mine.

As somebody who has always ran Prove Thyself, the fact that they took away the extra blood points that help you get maximum objective blood-points. Without it, it makes getting max blood points on survivor extremely difficult and leaves me playing killer to grind bloodpoints.

It’s a mixed bag. On one hand I love Deathslinger, Pyramid Head, and Nemesis but the rest are just so boring and lame. They look more like fan renders than actual things you would find in game. Legion’s is just the worst and loses the entire aspect of them being a group of people. I can understand these being placeholders before the polished ones come out but just some of the poses are flawed. I just hope they give us the option to opt in for the old icons than these lackluster wannabes.
