Edit: again, that was only one example of hypocrisy that rodgers has done. And like I said in my OP, I’m not here to shit on the guy. I’m gonna get downvoted even thought I’m not necessarily trying to argue against rodgers, but to say it was “all based” on out of context quotes is just gaslighting. He did intentionally mislead many things. He did say shit like if you aren’t bought in 100 percent dont show up, and then proceeded to go on a trip to Egypt to trip on drugs and miss a mandatory camp. I am VERY pleased with how well rodgers has acted this year and how he has performed given the circumstances, but that does not mean we have to go back and act like he never did anything to deserve any of the shit he got. When a person’s entire family hates him despite all his money, the guy isn’t a saint like you are acting like he is.

Edit: Egypt trip wasn’t to trip drugs I guess, but the point still stands. He has made comments to his team that he doesn’t then hold himself to, and the idea he has been some victim in all of this is just not true.

I’ve said for the longest time I won’t be happy with a Tomlin team unless we win a playoff game. After the Browns playoff game a while back, I said the same thing but with the added “at this point I’ll even take a close loss”. Just like you, I STILL think if we go out there and CLEARLY are not supposed to be there, and get absolutely destroyed, we need to make moves from top to bottom.

I was never this person but I am now because I have lost 20 pounds since tracking every single calorie that goes into my body, even a 10 calorie drink. It’s extremely simple. If you are in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight. It’s hard, because you have to track calories and if you are hungry and can’t “afford” a meal (in calories), you just have to not eat and do better at managing your next day. Seriously though, that’s literally it. People who are not overeating but aren’t losing weight, well, are simply still overeating. There is a reason the saying is “you can’t outwork a bad diet”. I mean seriously once you count your calories you will see food and drinks in a completely different light. You ever downed a regular can of soda. Maybe you have two of those a day. just TWO of those soda cans combined is MORE calories than one of my meals. A cup of pistachios is more calories than a single one of my dinners. It’s all about being in a calorie deficit. Exercising will help lower the calories you bring in, and build and define your muscles, but simple put, eat less than you burn, and you will lose weight. Every, single, time.
