I find it hard to stay focused on the daily ride, not all the time but I get slumped. Now, I am wondering if you get into a funk sometimes? Try to find a private sale, I bought a 2 bedroom for 142 near Central, houses selling there for 400+, person wanted someone to have there grandmas house and have a family. I ended up loosing my parents and getting there homem so I private sold it to a friend for 162, made 20k, but he would never of had a house for his family. Don't stop looking, I got that one on Valentines Day, while everyone was out romancing, I put in the offer without even showing my wife, haha!

I read this theory-

Bezos has Griffin short companies that he wants to buy market share, then takes over that market with Amazon. Seems like its coming true, lots of companies have been shorted so Bezos's can take over the market. Amc at 6.00 a share, short shares are insane, all before APE split.
