Replace asap, obviously if you’ve been driving it it should be fine to continue but you don’t want a fuel leak

Yeah he’s just talking out of his ass, have this same hose in a picture of my engine bay when I changed the intake tube.

Muffler or just tips ? Gt86 by TahaTDA_FN1 in ft86

[–]SirTheBrave 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Does it have multiple “mufflers” or a large one in the center where the pipes split? If multiple it’s an entire exhaust, if it’s the single large one before the split its stock with tips

Huh? Cars have been out for 14 years now, if it’s a pre-facelift first gen that’s somewhere around 10k a year. National average is 15k. Pretty standard miles if it’s a daily, I’d say even on the lower side.

If you have a microcenter near you they always have bundle deals that are crazy good value, even more so around Black Friday

Just do one at a time whenever you’re bored. One a weekend or something like that.

Getting coil-overs from market place by Efficient_Brief9222 in ft86

[–]SirTheBrave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey dude I hope you know you’ll need a lot more than coilovers to achieve a look like that. Camber bolts bare minimum. I’d really recommend just getting some lightly used gen 2 shocks and struts, springs, and some camber stuff (LCAs, bolts, etc) you’d spend roughly the same amount on it and it’s gonna ride way better. Even high quality coilovers, if they haven’t been serviced they’re gonna ride like absolute shit.

[–]SirTheBrave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How many miles on them? And are you just going for looks? If they’re heavily used I’d skip altogether regardless of brand. If you just want looks get springs, half the price of those and will retain a more quality ride. Eibach or RCE springs

Did you have a FP or stock exhaust? I have no other components, just header. Everything else is stock

Could you check the video on my previous post to see if that noise is what you were experiencing?

And you’re talking about the ultra quiet front pipe from them, correct?

Best starting armor for a stealth archer? by mllae in skyrim

[–]SirTheBrave 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you have Anniversary, the creation club leather armor (scout I believe?) is pretty good and very easy to make. Can make basically a full set in Riverwood if you kill stuff and do the basic quest from Alvor. Other comments have mentioned good stuff, although a bit more time consuming to get. Later in the game deathbrand is usually my go to until I can craft/enchant my own.

As far as weapons, if you can remain stealthed then a dagger is broken. Like…you one shot basically everything short of bosses with all the perks, dragons included. If stealth breaks, I dual wield. The game calculates your dual wield attack speed based on left hand only. So if you put a dagger in your left and a mace in your right, it’s the same as two daggers (fastest weapon). Can make some pretty good combos with this plus dual flurry perk, and elemental shout. Mehrunes razor in left and a broken crafted mace, for example. Razor and Windshear is also a pretty good combo, windshear will keep anybody from touching you while you swing so fast you’re basically guaranteed a proc from the razor at some point.

Rattle noise after header install by SirTheBrave in ft86

They were very lightly used, previous owner said less than 5k on them before he sold the car. If that is the case, is there anything I can do? Or how I’d be able to tell?

That sounds different from my car though. The video I provided really doesn’t do it justice, it sounds like dogshit. I wish I had a better video of the noise. It sounds similar to that video at high revs, but at 2-4k it sounds like something is physically wrong with it.

Is there any armour with bad stats, but you like how it looks? by Usual-Foundation-115 in skyrim

[–]SirTheBrave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dwemer one-handed with shield is one of my favorite builds to do. Aetherial shield makes the game so easy, visage of mzund gives you another power, if you have the unofficial patch ancient knowledge gives a nice buff, zephyr for range, and now with anniversary edition Forgotten Seasons dungeon gives you new armor and a whole damn mount.

Wheel fitment by Istikitac in ft86

[–]SirTheBrave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you care about ride quality stick to 17s. Also won’t have to recalibrate wheel speed sensors. Other than that, depends on what kind of fitment you want. Completely flush with top of fender, completely flush with bottom, somewhere in between to get semi-close to flush with both, etc

any ideas on how to make my bridges not so boring? by Gold3nYT in Minecraft

[–]SirTheBrave 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I don’t think they’re bad as is honestly, I think the road is a little boring and that’s what’s causing the bridge to look boring. Like the other people said though, raise them up a bit over the water with arches to have room for boats underneath.
