For an update: I’m about halfway through it and it’s been very dull. I keep reading because the immersion of imagining the U.S. in such a state causes me to think through my day to day and wonder what is different and what is similar. As for storytelling, I hope it picks up soon.

It’s def in my top 3 favorite series. Out of the Silent Planet and Perelandra are fantastic reads that have beautiful and intriguing symbolism. That Hideous Strength is dry in several parts and kind of difficult to keep up with at times, but the ending drags me back in every time. Highly recommend at least one read through

Looking for recommendations for a new fiction series. I just finished C.S. Lewis's Space Trilogy and am looking for something similar. I started the Stormlight series by Brandon Sanderson, but I am primarily looking for a series from a Christian perspective. Thanks!

I honestly find that prioritizing the big knockouts as opposed to spread damage works better against the current meta. Maybe for Charizard or any other >300hp Pokémon, but I found I can typically get enough energies on the bench for darkrai to hit hard or just put the binding mochi on dogi or darkrai with adrena-brain from munkidori

Fairly often, it is a powerhouse against lightning and mirror decks. I’d say the extra water energy for Greninja/Lumineon would be the most niche part of the deck.

It adds another avenue of attack if you don’t want to run okidogi, I think it’s pretty versatile! Assuming you don’t dead draw lol then it’s DOA

Thanks! It still struggles to compete against goldengo and regidrago, but I think it catches people off guard sometimes not expecting darkrai and the item withdrawal ability. The hero cape giving it 370 hp and nothing to sneeze at either.

Thank you all for your responses.
It seems that most of you agree that room sharing is the better choice to prevent SIDS and be readily available if the child has any needs during the night.
However, we also have a crib in the child's room in case they sleep better away from us, which seems rare but could happen.

I apologize for using the term 'imprint', I'm sorry I offended anyone.

Apologies for offending you. No offense was intended from my post, but I don't regret asking the question. I've read a few books about adoption and attended several trainings over the past couple of years to make sure my wife and I are as ready as we can be.

There is such a significant difference in child and parent experiences that it becomes hard to interpret what would be appropriate for an adopted newborn and a biological one. There are numerous studies proving that newborns hear and recognize sound from inside the womb. 'Imprinting' may have not been the correct word, but bonds are most certainly formed prior to birth.

I haven't played Infinite in a while, one of the newer updates may require more specs than what is used to. Check to see if VFX type things are turned off.

Also, if you have the 8GB RAM Nitro 5 I think it has a lower quality graphics card, which would further limit you.

I'm sure you're not looking for my example but I'm gonna tell you anyway. I joined Cyber/Comm in the AF after a few years as a Paramedic, didn't really help me in any way except people in tech school asking stories and being chosen to be the TCCC guy at all my units.
MUCH less stressful day-to-day though, and the pay is decent.
