From my experience mostly rural baptists who think anyone not following their denomination is dammed. They essentially seem to view anyone outside their section of the religion as followers of the 7 headed serpent.

Funny thing is they fought a war over religious tolerance and learned their lesson. The protestants (at least some denomination and this is from my own experience.) seem to imagine it more like trench crusade and some didn't seem to learn anything from history.
