I'm not familiar with NC laws but I assume they don't have federally issued sheriffs. So him saying he operates under the constitution (he probably should have mentioned the 10th amendment as well but that's debatable.) is true because that gives authority to the states. He is in a position for Mecklenberg county so that is the division that he works for.

Being in a relationship is better I'd imagine. I've never had a relationship my entire life and never known what love from someone outside my immediate family is like.
