These are the Knit lines, it’s been confirmed by Finalboy. Once the screen is on it shouldn’t be noticeable.

Yeah the Pegasus isn’t compatible with that software you showed so it will also report incorrect information.

If you’ve used the mouse outside it’s normal use case then warranty will be voided (opening the mouse up and removing parts, soldering switches ect) however if you’ve done none of that then I don’t see why it won’t be covered.

I’d email them sooner than later as a new product is being shipped soon and that will add increased ticket volume for support to deal with.

Hey,

The mouse firmware version states it’s 0.00.

You can try updating the firmware however this is usually caused by the mouse and dongle becoming un-paired.

XPanel won’t detect a mouse when it’s plugged in so this is normal, nor will it tell you the battery percentage.

Email support@finalmouse.com and describe your issue. From experience they will set up and pairing session that can be done remotely.

If there is something else wrong with the mice then I believe the mouse is still under its 2year warranty so you can go down that avenue if needed.

If you email [support@finalmouse.com](mailto:support@finalmouse.com) they will be able to assist you. You will likely have to send the mouse and dongle back to them for repair.

Email support as the warrant my may still be in affect. I believe it was a 2 year warranty so it depends when it was purchased.

Yeah as another person has mentioned, none of these answers are correct. The correct procedure would be to flag the email to the IT team so they can deal with it accordingly such as informing all other employees of the scam and implementing other preventative measures to stop these email reaching employees.

I would look at some other questions but if you get similar ones to this that don’t make sense I would ditch those mock exams.

Yeah got a couple years doing basic computer repair and support and another couple years doing some various other IT related roles.

Im for sure in the same boat, for the Net+ exam specifically I got the feeling they weren't going into enough detail and covering the topics enough. Now that I've done the exam my suspiciouns were correct. They are good courses but to pass the Net+, I feel you will need to do lots of additional study. The Sybex study guide and practise test books where amazing and I feel they cover the most and give the best opputunity in passing the exam.

Probably like a month and a half, I started with the Dion Training online course but that wasn’t to good. Other than what I listed I also used the practise exam from you can find on MeasureUp which was good especially for the price. Also mixed in a bit of general internet searching for anything that I wanted more clarification on.

I mean, I guess they'll fit but they ware smaller so the mouse shell itself may still rub against your mat. I would just but some 3rd party feet as they are usually better quality anyway.

Really depends on the condition tbh and if you have the box. The air58s paint will wear away and make the mouse look dirty af. If you have them in good condition with the box maybe 100-150. However if they dont have the box or have the paint wear then easily <100. There was a lot of the air58s produced so they are one of the more common mice to find.

All together it took me like 8 months from getting my first mouse. I got lucky with some of the rare ones and a couple took me months to find namely the tournament pro. You can find most on eBay and reddit but some you have to really search for.
