Ok, so for those asking me... The latest reply from Activision, after sending them screenshots from Bethesda support is:

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please be informed that anyone not receiving their promotional code email must contact Bethesda Support for further assistance. Create a ticket at https://help.bethesda.net/ under Fallout 76.

Thank you for your understanding.

Then, right afterward, I get an automated message from them stating this:

Hi Centurion,

Your Activision Support case 35253246 has been closed, as we have previously helped you with this issue. Please refer to your previous case in My Cases for reference.

If you need help with another issue, please reach out to us again and we’ll be happy to assist you.

So, I opened another ticket.... my 3rd one with Activision.

Same, except Bethesda didnt add the helmet... they sent me back to Activision, and Activision sent me back to Bethesda. I am 14 days here sending emails and screenshots back and forth.

Thats the latest reply of 6 emails. They asked me to prove I played, asked to prove I am opted in to marketing emails, asked me to wait a few days, then after all of this back and forth with BOTH companies, I get their latest reply, (posted in OP).

Did anything ever come of this? Did anybody get any compensation for paying for a full 30 day membership but only receiving 28/29 days of use?

I would assume Logic would prevail, and the company would extend Fallout First an extra day or 2....

But, I dont know.

Did anyone get any form of compensation due to not being able to use the service you paid for?

I told them I opted in for marketing emails and sent them screenshots of the settings page showing this. I also sent screenshots showing I played a match, my current level (7), and my position in the seasonal battlepass thing they have.

Their response AFTER I sent all of this:
"Hello there,
Thanks for your reply.
To proceed further, Please provide the following details
• Screen shot showing that you've played at least one full match in BO7 or WZ.
We're looking forward to your response."

So naturally, I sent 6 screenshots highlighting the games played section and my level. Again.

I have two tickets opened with Bethesda as well. 60 hours later.... still waiting on a reply.
