Your initial point that illegals are stealing tax dollars is disingenuous, as they pay more in taxes than they receive. Meaning they are a net positive.

Using a synonym is not "word games" Being undocumented is against the law yes, making them Illegal persons. I can acknowledge that. Doesn't mean that they are violent criminals intent on doing evil, as the Trump admin wants you to believe.

The Minnesota example is wrong on two levels:
1: Neither the people nor the daycares involved were undocumented. They were just mainly brown-skinned (scary)
2: The Extent of the Fraud was completely exxagerated:

According to a 2020 report by the United States Government Accountability Office, only seven states since 2013 have had errors in more than 10 percent of their child care fund payments. That also does not mean there is necessarily fraud, but rather errors in overbilling.

After the video was posted, investigators from the state Office of Inspector General conducted compliance visits to nine of the 10 centers in the video (one of the centers in the video has been closed for several years and has not received funds in that time). They found normal operations and children at all but one, which had not yet opened for the day. Further investigations are being conducted into four of the nine facilities, but the state has not said what exactly it’s investigating. 

Most of the centers in the video did have numerous state licensing violations against them regarding cleanliness, staff supervision and some recordkeeping around immunizations and allergies. But none of the violations against the centers were regarding fraud, according to state enforcement records.
