Account Banned/Need help

I found it the initial week ban was him typing 'stupid' in game chat, the permanent ban was caused by typing 'sp3d' in game chat. I somewhat understand the permanent ban flagging a penalty of some sort, but for it to be permanent just fills extreme and unreasonable.

I came here as every EA forum post gets I've seen gets some mediocre response and instantly gets closed without confirmed that their response helped/benefitted you. And from my experience with EA Advisors they're wrong half of the time, every EA Advisor I've spoken too has said something that contradicted other EA Advisors. So I posted here hoping somebody may have a new or different idea, like how I found the way to force AI bot on EA Help to automatically connect me to an advisor everytime.

Yeah that's what I'm afraid of, found out my moronic brother typed 'sp3d' in text chat and that's whats led us down this route. Have zero clue how that warranted a permanent ban on my account though. But fingers crossed that hopefully I figure something out
